| This website was created in October 2005 to inform readers about the life and work of Harlan and Anna Hubbard, and to help preserve the legacy of their life in Payne Hollow, located in a remote area along the Ohio River in Trimble County, Ky. The website is also designed to promote living artists and art centers throughout the region. Most of the articles on this website were written by or for RoundAbout Madison, a free, monthly arts and entertainment newspaper based in Madison, Ind. Other articles are posted with permission. Most of the photographs on this website were taken by RoundAbout Madison owner/publisher/editor Donald L. Ward. Some photos are posted with credits provided. All other photos were provided by Paul Hassfurder with no credit available. The site design was created by RoundAbout production assistant Darrel Taylor. Since its inception in April 1999, RoundAbout Madison has published numerous articles about regional artists and art-related exhibit and events. Our Regional Artists page links to these stories, which are still archived at our website: www.RoundAboutMadison.com.
